Documents typically needed

• Pay stubs for most recent 30 days
• W-2s, 2 years
• If self-employed, tax returns, 2 years 
  
• Proof of other income, if applicable
• Bank statements for 2 months
• Photo ID
• Purchase Contract and copy of any earnest money deposits (for purchase)
• Recent mortgage statements (for refinance)
• We will pull a credit report to review your debt
• More information may be required upon initial review

Once an account has been established, log in anytime to access your application. Through this portal, I intend to communicate the Needs List, where you can also upload documents securely. 

To access your application, go to my webpage. Any of these “APPLY NOW” buttons throughout my website will bring you to my application portal. 

If you already have an account, LOG IN. 

If you need to re-set your password, you are able to do so here. 

When you are in your application, refer to the TASK LIST tab. 

Access this tab to view pending items needed. And link to upload documents. 

The system does limit 1 file per Task. So if you have more documents, which is likely, of to the DOCUMENTS tab, where you can upload as many individual files as needed. I will get an alert and review the documents.
